Pokemon has upped it's difficulty game in terms of battling. Gens 4 and 5 were pretty challenging battle wise. Yet, I feel like there is something else missing.
While playing some Ocarina of Time, it crossed my mind that Pokemon lacks in challenging overworld shit. Most caves or other areas which you have to pass through usually have simple puzzles, whether it be icy floors or strength bolders. I think Pokemon could benefit with some legitimate challenging overworld dungeons, on par with Zelda if not more difficult.
