Sneaky pebbles are a major problem but it didn't stop volcarona. Maybe Gen 8 will come out with a new way of managing entry hazzards, we have already seen a defog buff in gen 6 and wider distribution of defog via move tutors in gen 7, it's entirely possible that they add a new way of removing rocks in gen 8
