The major difference between exploiting (for a raid) and injecting (for a raid) is that exploits do not modify your game data but merely read it. Yes, Dudu and others are using CFW to get this information to read it on your game, but there is a comfort and fidelity in knowing that your game data is not meeting something that did not originate within the game.
I think injected raids can be helpful in the sense that you can put Egg Moves and specific IV spreads and such, but the reason people don't trust them is because in the same vein as injecting the mon outright, you can mess something up that can be detected down the road. Pic related.
