The reason why tons of people hated Dynamax is because in exchange of seeing something new they just dropped it all for bigger glowing upscales with a few exceptions being ones with the Gigantamax forms. It also doesn't balance anything equally because it just ups everybody's state the same amount on both sides, which leaves them right where they left off if both dynamaxed. This was just gamefreak's lazy way to implement a bland gimmick in a half assed game and wouldn't be surprised next gen they drop it for simple glowing dbz kiaoken aura effects.
