Under most technicalities, Snow Warning is an ability so i'll be a putrid rule-lawyer and directly buff Hail by just mirroring Sand and give Ice-types a 50% boost in Defense (in contrast to 50% SpDef boost rocks get in sand) and... end it there i guess.
Now as for the god damn Snow Warning setters: Alolan Ninetales, Aurorus, Abomasnow and Vanilluxe
A-Tales now learns Earth Power and Mystical Fire (because a bunch of fairy types got it so why not?) because Ice/Ground coverage is pretty damn good and those 2 moves would be really good to hit opposing weather setters
Aurorus now has Power Gem and Aurora Veil added to its movepool at fucking last and just to make Aurorus' speed worth a shit, make Aurora Beam a priority move
Abomasnow needs a sizeable BST buff to make it Bulky instead of being a Slow Frail Mixed Attacker, but just for the fuck of it, give this dude Mach Punch, Knock Off and Close Combat
Vanilluxe now has Focus Blast, Earth Power and Nasty Plot
