Before hitting the poison gym I went back to an area I didn't get an encounter from and then checked for new areas, resulting in 3 captures, all fucking awesome.
1. THE BROOD LIVES
2. This motherfucker was so strong they nearly KO'd Splinter in one shot despite him being 13 levels higher. Managed to capture it and it turns out they have disgustingly good IVs for a wild capture, the only one below B+ rank being HP. And they have Super Luck. I gave it a name befitting it's godlike status.
