This was my go to team in gen IV competitive. Azelf lead set up stones and maybe taunt then uturn or explode to switch in one of my sweepers. SD chomp, DD Gyara or SD Scizor. If chomp was threatened with ice or a faster dragon I could switch to Scizor or Heatran if Gyara was threatened with lighting I'd switch to Garchomp if Sizor was threatened with fire Flash Fire Heatran came to the rescue and could deal very good damage with earthpower or fireblast. Zapados knew hp grass and I can't count the number of times someone rage quit after I demolished their Swampert or ground type switch in.
Pretty much the only thing I couldn't deal with that well was rain dance teams but otherwise I usually did very well.
