How, if at all, does the meta change? Do any of these pokemon become viable? Do any of them actually become a threat? (I've decided against allowing the Marill line and Mimikyu, they're not true pikaclones, they're not electric type, and if it did include them everyone would just go 'Unga Bunga Huge Power Azumarill' and 'Mimikyu is banned to ubers' or some shit.)
