pokemon in the overworld, better AI, seamless battles, more interesting catching, less A mashing- all awesome upsides that i hope stay forever
the downsides: story gets a little monotonous in the middle, the graphical fidelity is too low for a modern AAA game, some pokemon are an RNG shitfest to catch (fossilmon genuinely took me over 10 hours), and the hisui forms were sort of meh overall for me.
there are more things im missing for both positives and negatives but im sure id be wasting my time as other anons will tell you all about them. heres my save card too
