Water them.
Don't forget to water again before the 15 hour timer runs out. Don't water when the meter is full.
After 67 hours since planting pass, harvest the berries. Don't leave them ripe and unattended for too long, this will reduce the yield.
Sell them to an NPC.
Buy new seeds, calculate your profit.
