Honestly, everything is going great. Bought my new house in a quiet agricultural part of my state, with the nearest city being over 200 miles away, and paid in cash for it. No mortgage. Even bought a preowned 2016 truck in like-new condition. I kinda hate my job, but that's just me being jaded after working it for 6 years. Being remote, I don't have to worry about commuting to an office, and I get great pay and benefits for the part of the state that I live in. I'd love to go back to school and get an environmental science + law enforcement degree and be a park ranger, but that's a little longer down the line.
Shit's going well. I feel good about life, and I just take it day by day. Best of luck to fellow anons, if I can do it, so can you. Stay strong.
