I have no idea how popular it is, Silvally threads don't get many replies and any discussion about it is mostly just how to buff it. It got around top 15 in the Alolan Pokemon Of The Year poll but where are those fans normally? I suppose it's moderately popular just due to being tied to Gladion but outside of that I'd say maybe its a 5 or 6/10 on the popularity scale if not lower.
