What causes magical power? Which is to say, not skill. Skill is what a poor pianist who can only afford a small shoddy piano may have. Power is a rich guy owning a whole church organ, but he has no idea how or passion to learn to play it.
Magical skill or knowledge obviously comes from intense practise. However, you can get Sunburst situations where you'll never be powerful no matter how hard you try. What causes this? Is it just GENES or is there a deeper answer of what makes one person more imnately magical powerful than another
