Hair and skirt could be a little better I think, and I'm iffy on the mouth, but please provide any thoughts in the interim. Plan is to put Kieran on the rooftop, behind the railing, then do a viewport in the left corner from roof POV, then populate the foreground with some people and Pokemon. Hope it's in the spirit of what you were looking for, I admittedly ain't much a shrink-fan.
