This is also a big part of why basing preferences on aesthetics alone is fucking stupid and why I laugh and hate people that argue for hours on end spouting bullshit about "design" while only factoring in appearance. That is shallow as shit and I hate it, especially the ones that actually get mad at people for realizing that Pokemon is indeed a combat-based video game and that stats are actually a factor.
