Magnemite because it was one of the first robotic designs, which are my favorite. Cute, simple design that easily tells you everything about it, and suprisingly expressive just from using an eye. I also love that i can get away with using 3 magnemites as a pokemon, and love the idea behind that evolution (implying that magnemite, an inorganic pokemon, could not physically evolve and required magnetic force and cooperation to become stronger).
It took a really long time to think of one, but probably Miltank. It looks like a sunburnt dog creature with udders and anime eyes. I also really don't like how it drinks its own milk in battle
