Mega was a good addition to this Pokemon. But the reason the Jynx people never jumped on this one was because it didn't have dark enough skin and it was during third gen, one of Pokemon's hardest popularity dips. If you mean in terms of general opinion, though? Like, none racism reasoning opinion and yadda yadda? It's a Pokemon themed around fighting not kissing. That might have something to do with the general sort of opinion of it.
