Cinderace and Meowscarada were meant to be hit and run mons who used libero/protean once to get the STAB bonus, hit as hard as they can, then get the fuck out before the opponent can retaliate. It just means their u-turns won't hit as hard when they inevitably switch out. It only really fucks with spikes greninja who used the ground change to screw over electric types. Most Greninjas are going to have Battle Bond anyway.
