Naw, I just like thinking of the animal-based mons acting or looking like their basis in the wild, so seeing SM 146's pose/Double Blaze TCG art is a treat. But I'm also a weirdo who agrees Samurott can canonically stand on two legs to battle, nor do I mind imagining Emboar and Delphox as quadrupeds, or even Chesnaught knuckle-walking like those ancient ground sloths. I agree humanoid starters are too prevalant but also fandom stresses humanoid qualities way more than ever intended.
