Contageon, Toxeon, Infecteon, and Miasmeon all seem like obvious choices. Just haven't heard the right one yet for my tastes.
As far as stats go, I'd say:
HP: 60
Atk: 95
Def: 65
Spa: 130
Spd: 110
Spe: 65
Σ: 525
I'm kind of basing this off the eeveelution stats and the average Poison type stats. I don't know much about stats so IDK if this is good or not.
Abilities could be:
Poison Point
HA: Liquid Ooze
Again, idk if these would be useful. They just seem thematic.
