I definitely prefer and tilt to M20 and pokedex entries of Incineroar being ferocious assholes to resemble real tigers being so capricious, so it'd be nice to give it a set persona of seeing it being a good and friendly cat... only to get completely dangerous and ferocious in battle. Having it go all-out in a fight vs Ash's Charizard being determined but honorable in battle would be a nice contrast between the two as well, even invoking yin-yang tiger-dragon symbolism.
