2. She needs to use a move to get the permaweather up, and stopping her from doing that is much easier than stopping something from switching in.
3. If she hypothetically was banned, it would ruin the combo she has with MaribelP, which is too cute to not run if you're already running RenkoS.
Combine all of that with weather generally being weaker (although still perfectly viable) in this game than it ever was in Pokemon and you have something that's still worth considering for a weather-based team but isn't necessarily going to break the game over her knee by accident. Renko's too polite to be unbalanced anyways.
