But the concept of geodude was created first, and then they came up with a shitty pun because the rock monster had to have a name. There is no doubt in my mind, that they came up with the stupid portmanteau "Fidough" and THEN created a pokemon around it. A dog made of dough are two completely unrelated concepts, and they only exist together because someone though "FIDO DOUGH IS SO CUTE!"
