>>37469834Actually the sclera on both Horsea and Seadra are mismatched. You're missing the left eye on both. As for the design, I think you don't need 'slicked back' hairstyles. Some spiky hair should suffice. I don't know what the blond pigtails on Seadra are meant to convey, though. Pic related is my attempt at Seadra. I don't know if it'll help, but maybe you can come up with something better?
