So obviously they dont give a single fuck if the franchise dies off after the market opportunity ceases to existAgreed, by itself I honestly could tolerate the ignorance of newcomers concerning such matters. But to disregard those who invested into the franchise heavily and are effectively the "canary in the coal mine" if shit goes down is dangerous to their own well being. If long time fans of the series tell you something isn't quite right you should fucking listen if only to save yourself money that could be better spent elsewhere.
