She's a big fan of Farfetch'd so some sort of birthday themed Farfetch'd picture would go down really well I think. Cake, candles, balloons, that sort of thing.
Her pet name is actually "DUX" so an added touch (Providing you didn't mind making it non-generic.) would be "Happy Birthday DUX" somewhere on the picture. Providing it wouldn't be too much trouble, that is.
