In Brock's gym, you're forced to fight the one trainer who says you're "light years" away from facing Brock. However, when you beat him, he doesn't correct himself.
In the spot where Brock used to stand is a teleport tile (ripped from Silph Co.) Upon stepping on it, the player finds themselves standing on an asteroid in deep space, on which Brock is waiting (Get it? Because space rock) Before you battle him, he informs you that you're light years away from the gym.
The asteroid graphic is ripped from a Star Fox game on the SNES. Outer space could just be black, and the teleport tile could be inserted into the Pewter Gym tileset, as well as any random spot on the surface of the asteroid.
