It doesn't even need Play Rough.Bulu is proabably the most flexible of the Tapus. Band, SD, Bulk Up, Assvest, SubSeed, even Scarf if you need a reliable Chomp and Greninja check. Bulu has it all. It would kill for a 5th moveslot though. I wish I can run both Wood Hammer and Horn Leech on the SD set for instance. Or Stone Edge,Megahorn, and Superpower on the Band set as both Horn Leech and Wood Hammer should be staples.
