Anyways I'm not turning this into a guide until I learn how to do optimal flute routes on this thing. Keep in mind this is only for staying idle on routes or for catching pokemon. Gym leaders are always your best bet for gems, of which the wiki already has a page on. This chart also does not account for later routes that have the same odds for a gem type, only for better ones, this is obvious with water and normal gems. Percentages are also not shown, so some routes like Johto 45 for dragon gems that means it's the only one that has wild Dratini and you have an 8.3% chance of getting one, so you're better off hatching or battling gyms.
