So I decided on a plan.

Zing Zap then triggers Emergency Exit, letting in...
>PinsirAmy U-Turns out, letting in Dastardly, the level 21 Gyarados. He intimidates Pinsir, and even survives Storm Throw.
A Stone Edge takes him out though.
Yaya comes in next.
She weathers a Storm Throw, and then takes out Pinsir with Continental Crush.
>MasquerainI send Amy Rose in again on an Air Slash.
She Nuzzles the moth, but it gives her the cold shoulder with Icy Wind.
A Zing Zap cleans it up.
>GolisopodIt falls to Zing Zap as well.
>VikavoltAmy U-Turns out, letting Emmy in on a Thunderbolt.
Emmy, wearing her Choice Specs, hits Vikavolt with Signal Beam, and it hits back with Bug Buzz.
A final Signal Beam takes out the Team Skull Leader.
Note: Marie was left off the team to let Dastardly on.
