>>11765688There is no way to figure out a Pokemon's IVs when it has already gained EVs. Unless you know exactly what EVs it has gained of course. This is due to them affecting the same stats, so its impossible to figure out either once they become "mixed up".
There's about a million billion IV calculators out there, a simple google search for "pokemon iv calculator" should give you a few to choose from.
Pokecheck.org to read a Pokemon's stats directly from its file.
