make the time limited mons available at any time, put johto mons in kanto back in johto, have an instant text option, allow trade evos without trading, but mainly, change the bosses' teams. picrel, didn't make it but it looks pretty solid.

idk about the first few and while i wouldn't say they need comp movesets, they should at least have good moves and decent ai. lance has neither, although they did fix him in yellow at least and probably in frlg. somethin like picrel would be nice for crystal imo but probably no mewtwo on red lol
