gym is a pitch-dark maze modeled after a city, with 4 lampposts positioned throughout the maze. once you activate a lamppost, the maze will become a little bit lighter. a timer counts down from 10 minutes, and when time is up, that lampost goes out.
you must activate all four to get to the gym leader. the timer does not stop for battles. trainers are positioned throughout the maze.
the leader's chamber is very bright, with harajuku-like decorations.
