>>56061567>>56061844We have seen Team Rocket in the anime use Pokeballs to poach Pokemon multiple times. Like in the first movie TR all used pokeballs to catch a herd of Tauros, and in DP Jessie stole a Yanma from someone using a pokeball. The only reason they don't do this more often is because it's a lot easier for Ash and friends to save Pokemon trapped in a cage or net than if they were in a ball.
