Nah fuck that, just use the pinch berries from colosseum/xDDD + Liechi and blend with the other 3 NPCs
You don't really need to max every stat to win the contests plus there are scarfs that boost the contest stats a little bit anyway

Pick related, pokeblocks made with the NPCs, i used a neutral nature so stats went up evenly

Honestly just pick whatever, using the pinch berries from colosseum to make pokeblocks nearly max the contest stats anyway and there's also the scarfs that boost the stat a bit so winning the gen 3 contests is trivial
maybe you might need to redo the master rank a couple of times depending if your 'mon doesn't has a good combo or the AI decide to fuck you up with black hearts up the ass
