So I ended up upgrading my Dropbox Account.
And have updated it. I added in my badge/pokedex concepts folder as well as my trainer designs folder.
Those both can be found near the bottom of the folders. Not sure why they appear down there... I guess Dropbox categorizes "~" after numbers while my computer categorizes it before.
