(The difference between mimicry and convergent evolution, is convergence happens due to independently developing similar solutions/features to similar environments and niches, whereas mimicry is an adaptation to deliberately cause another organism to misidentify as another one.)

The only pre-existing examples I can really think of off the top of my head is Mimyku. I’d count Caterpie if there was an actual snake mon that it resembled.
