This was all they had to do. Unfezant gets fuck all for physical moves; the only physical Flying-type move it gets by level-up is Sky Attack (which isn't a good move), and the only ones it gets otherwise are Aerial Ace and Fly. This stupid thing doesn't even learn Wing Attack. All you had to do to make it usable was swap its Attack and Sp. Atk stats. I took it a step further and gave it Nasty Plot (egg move) and Shadow Ball for some more coverage.
