it's just milestones for doing certain tasks X times and most of them don't require you to go out of your way to do them
honestly the whole system deserves a complete overhaul when we're making the long awaited /vp/ rejuvenation mod (coming: sometime after this playthrough ends)
>spice scentit's the jinx scent menu copypasted from desolation. you can set encounter rates from 0% to 999.9% but there isn't much of a need to raise the encounter rate when not shiny hunting (which is easy because the shiny rate is around 1/99 or slightly above that) or trying to find 1% encounters
>move tutorjust lets you remotely access all move tutors you've talked to and all their moves that you've paid for
now basically all of these are useless besides spice scent and move tutor
