And Torchic, well Fire types in general, are rare in NYC. We mostly get the Grass starters commonly and the Water starters slightly less commonly. Any proof fully evolved Hoenn starters don't spawn in the wild?
Correction: He claims to have evolved all the way to Blaziken on the first or second day of Hoenn pokemon release. I can't believe that unless there's a nest around here. I have to check that out.
