Well, I say fuck that, I don't want to wait until I beat Lance to be able to catch a Minun, most of the Radio mons are completely balanced with where you're able to catch them, so I've just gone with it. Lorewise I guess it could just be that we keep finding eggs left behind by these elusive mons that otherwise stay hidden from us
