after beating up a bossmon snorlax (kind of annoying, since it had leftovers so had to double dip on status and seed to win), you get access to this weird cave. this game's side content is pretty good, though it's definitely pretty unclear how to progress a lot of it, i still have no idea what to do for the murder mystery mansion
on the bossmons, you can't lower their stats which is pretty annoying on top of the fact they take 5% damage from everything. hope there isn't a full team of that shit later or something with this game's fucking trainer effects
