Only slow mons are allowed to compete! Every mon with a base Speed stat of 60 or below is valid.
The dojo battle is 6 vs 6 and your level will be synced to 50.
Megas and Dynamax are absolutely haram. I'll allow Z-moves but let me know beforehand. Ideally no gimmicks.
Item and species clause are on.

If you win, you get rewarded with a TR and an item out of my own pocket. Also, your name gets put on a sign in the lobby.
The actual challenge is quite simple. It's also more >fun if you take off your running shoes.
