And that damn Meowth-betrayal plan actually made me genuinely hate the cat, which is saying a lot since I used to love Meowth. His character during the time be was with Team Ash was so enjoyable and fun, then seeing him double-cross the group without even a hint of regret or remorse about it made me see him as nothing but an irredeemable, unlikeable scumbag.
