The actual issue happens in a very small number of frames while other major motions are happening on screen in a small area.
Like, if people weren't looking for it, I doubt they'd see it even in a few viewings, and this is something meant to happen just once (maybe more if you're a child and somehow actually lose to a gym leader).
This goes even moreso for the Hau/Hop animation thing. That one you literally wouldn't know about it unless you played Gen 7 recently enough to recognize the similar movements then looked at them side by side.
The Mantine splash thing and the culling issue with steelix are way more obvious mistakes.
