People did not know they were being sent a different bag from the one they ordered until it was sent to them.
If Bethesda had announced they would be sending people, who purchased the canvas bags, different looking bags made out of low quality materials, and offered them the opportunity to cancel their order, then there would be less grounds for a lawsuit.
