People generally form their own opinions from the move at this point, oh Fell stinger that move that snowballs if you get a kill with it. Then numbers come out, hits like a wet noodle with no range and possibly added lag. Then the random effect added on like this '10% of HP' even sounds decent, but you use it and realize it's just 200-300 HP and good luck even getting a kill with it.
Like I remember a lot of people were laughing at buzz because they still had it in their head that leech life was a low level shitbugmon move.
