>>58263640Yeah Arbok not getting Poison Fang at the very least is supremely retarded, you'd think the Pokemon based on one of the most permanently pissed off snakes would bite it's opponents, but nope. Also kind of niche, but it's bizarre to me Arbok doesn't learn Roar or Snarl at the very least considering the terrifying sounds king cobras are known to produce.
