There's one particular thing that they SERIOUSLY fucked up on the tutors - Defog. They gave Defog HUGE boosts this gen to make it a legitimately useful move but it would seem they specifically left it as difficult as possible to get it on most of the pokemon that could make use of it, didn't bring it back as a tutor, didn't give it to any new pokemon and didn't make it available as a tutor in ORAS. What the fuck were they thinking?
