Aldo Raine makes quick work of his and Giovanni's teams.
Articuno is prevented from attacking with Virgil's Fire Spin. Zapdos betrays its poor knowledge of type matchup by spamming Thunder Shock on Honenuki. You know what happened next. Polnareff kills Moltres with ease.
Polnareff defeats Lorelei, Mars defeats Bruno, Virgil and Honenuki defeat Agatha, Aldo Raine defeats Lance, and At World's End and Virgil defeat Gary.
I send out Polnareff on Mewtwo to set up screens and T-Wave, and I'm forced to switch out when Mewtwo knocks me down to red health. Aldo Raine comes close to dying, but wins the match.
